I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very small, and there was limited choice due to maintenance work being done. Despite that, the rooms had all the needed amenities, although they lacked maintenance and didn't look like the photos at all. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with a very helpful staff member named Marco giving us excellent treatment and recommendations, but an angry receptionist who seemed lost. The location was nice overall, offering a quiet escape with the convenience of being near Treviso Airport. The dining experience was average, with a lack of options for English speakers, but the facilities were acceptable, although they need an upgrade.
